Judge dismisses $12B lawsuit, awards defendant $6M in attorney fees

A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge dismissed a real estate breach of contract suit on the grounds that the plaintiff fabricated documents.

A judge dismissed a real estate breach of contract lawsuit seeking $12 billion in damages on Friday, awarding $6 million in attorney fees and experts' costs to the defendant and lambasting the plaintiffs for fabrication of evidence.
