Forum Column - By Arnold H. Gold - A significant piece of news appeared in an unlikely place in the Aug. 7 issue of the Daily Journal - in the "Notice to Attorneys" section of the Daily Appellate Report. That notice contained the schedule of filing-fee increases effected by the recent budget bill.
