Fight Against City Hall Has Big Price Tag

LOS ANGELES - Fighting City Hall is not only hard work but also expensive. Or so one outspoken North Hollywood woman learned Wednesday when a federal appeals court killed her civil rights lawsuit against the city of Burbank and ordered her to pay $44,000 of the city's legal bills.
