'March Madness' Rings in New ADR Program
Los Angeles County Superior Court ADR officials together with the Southern California Mediation Association used the court's first-ever March Mediation Madness to reintroduce its Voluntary Settlement Conference Program, designed specifically to handle personal injury cases, which typically have not been successful in traditional mediations.
