Veteran Mediator Starts New School

Well-known Straus Institute ADR mediator Lee Jay Berman plans to launch his own training center.

LOS ANGELES - Lee Jay Berman, a longtime mediator and an instructor at Pepperdine University School of Law's Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, said he will launch his own school this summer.

Berman will open the doors of his new American Institute of Mediation in May. The year-round dispute resolution training facility will hold classes at the Skirball Cultural Center.
