Wilson Sonsini: INDIGO PURCHASE BOLSTERS HP'S PRINTING AND IMAGING
Palo Alto's Hewlett-Packard Co., agreed to buy the Netherlands' Indigo N.V., in a deal valued at $882 million in stock and cash. Under the terms of the agreement, Hewlett-Packard will acquire the remaining shares of Indigo it does not own for $629 million in common stock. The deal includes a potential cash payment of up to $253 million, contingent on Indigo producing $1.6 billion in revenue over the next three years.
