Irvine-based Fidelity National Financial Inc. recently issued $250 million in 7.3 percent 10-year bonds. Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., was the lead manager, with Banc America Securities LLC, and Bear Stearns Companies Inc., acting as co-managers.
