Delgadillo Vows To Beat Office's Tech Problem

LOS ANGELES - His predecessor tried to do it but said he was foiled by politics. On Wednesday, City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo vowed to succeed where the previous city attorney, Mayor Jim Hahn, had failed, promising to correct historically poor working conditions for the 500 lawyers who work for him.
