ORANGE COUNTY PARTNER WILL HEAD CYBERSPACE PANEL
William Tolin Gay, a partner in the Irvine office of Snell & Wilmer, is the new co-chair of the State Bar's cyberspace law committee. Gay was appointed to a one-year term, which began Sept. 6. He will work with co-chair Phil Green, a partner at Walnut Creek's Green & Green.
