Contempt Orders Revoked
OAKLAND - In separate hearings Thursday that retired Alameda County Superior Court Judge James A. Hodge labeled a primer on a rule of court governing cameras in the courtroom "and the mischief it entails," the jurist struck down separate contempt orders against an East Bay newspaper and television station.
