Orrick, Dewey Anticipate Merger
SAN FRANCISCO - The respective chairmen of San Francisco-based Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe and New York's Dewey Ballantine could become bicoastal co-heads of a new megafirm named Dewey Orrick as soon as Jan. 1, according to a statement released by the firms Wednesday.
