SAN FRANCISCO - Taking another poke at parole authorities who rarely allow murderers out of prison, the California Supreme Court is questioning the Schwarzenegger administration's refusal to release a Los Angeles woman who has spent 15 years behind bars for her participation in an execution-style slaying of her former roommate.
