Prosecutor Ascends to Bankruptcy Bench
LOS ANGELES -Robert Kwan, deputy chief of the Los Angeles U.S. attorney's tax division, has been appointed to the Bankruptcy Court.

LOS ANGELES - Robert Kwan, deputy chief of the Los Angeles U.S. attorney's tax division, has been appointed to the Bankruptcy Court.
Kwan will succeed Judge John E. Ryan, who plans to retire in January, according to Mary M. Schroeder, the chief judge for the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
