O'Melveny gains GC in O.C.

O'Melveny & Myers LLP added former general counsel Mark Peterson as partner in Newport Beach.

A veteran general counsel is joining the mergers and acquisitions group at O'Melveny & Meyers LLP, the firm announced Monday.


Mark Peterson, who held the chief legal officer positions at three companies after leaving O'Melveny 14 years ago, will work in the firm's Newport Beach office, effective Thursday.
