Investors settle Pay By Touch case

Investors who sued subsidiaries of UBS AG accusing them of hiding mismanagement within a technology company have settled their cases.

Investors in a failed high-tech startup who sued subsidiaries of UBS AG accusing them of hiding mismanagement within the technology company have settled their cases.

The Pay By Touch investors reached a confidential settlement on Tuesday with UBS Securities LLC and UBS Financial Services Inc., according to Philip L. Gregory with Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy LLP in Burlingame.
