On behalf of California's women lawyers, we write you to point out the gender bias inherent in yet another of the Daily Journal's publications. Your 2011 list of the state's "Top 100 Lawyers" includes only 18 women, overlooking so many leading women that we must question the list's validity and your paper's relevance to today's legal profession.
