A state appellate court on Monday upheld discovery sanctions against attorneys for United States Swimming Inc. for failing to turn over records of alleged child sexual abuse by its coaches.
The sanctions came in a civil suit brought by a 15-year-old girl who was molested by San Jose swim coach Andrew King. King is serving a 40-year prison sentence for the abuse.
