Plaintiff wins website trade dress verdict

Litigation boutique Browne George Ross LLP scored a win in what may be the first website trade dress infringement case ever to go to trial.

Litigation boutique Browne George Ross LLP scored a win in what may be the first website trade dress infringement case ever to go to trial.


A jury awarded $500,000 to Stop Staring Designs, a Paramount-based manufacturer of vintage 1950s-inspired clothing, on claims that competitor Tatyana LLC DBA Bettie Page Clothing attempted to replicate the appearance of Stop Staring's website.
