Medi-Cal cuts put on hold

Plaintiffs suing to stop California's 10 percent reduction in Medi-Cal reimbursements to pharmacies and health care providers withdrew their request on Monday for a temporary restraining order to halt the state's budget cutting strategy for the 2012 fiscal year.
