Oracle will pay $35 million to resolve wage-and-hour litigation

Technology giant Oracle Corp. has agreed to pay $35 million to settle class action litigation alleging that it failed to pay overtime and provide meal breaks to nearly 2,000 of its workers.

SAN FRANCISCO - Technology giant Oracle Corp. has agreed to pay $35 million to settle a class action alleging that it failed to pay overtime and provide meal breaks to nearly 2,000 of its workers.
