Judge dismisses suit against Oracle

A San Francisco federal judge on Tuesday dismissed a consolidated shareholder lawsuit against Oracle Corp.

A San Francisco federal judge on Tuesday dismissed a consolidated shareholder lawsuit against Oracle Corp. that alleged the software company defrauded the federal government by not offering it discounts available to commercial customers.
