Former SF DA sued by bicyclist after accident

A bicyclist is suing former San Francisco District Attorney Terence Hallinan, accusing him of hitting him with his car, then leaving without calling for help.

SAN FRANCISCO - A bicyclist is suing the former San Francisco District Attorney Terence Hallinan, accusing him of hitting him with his car, then leaving without calling for help.
