MGA settlement with law firm may fail
A tentative settlement between MGA Entertainment Inc. and O’Melveny & Myers LLP involving the law firm’s claims that the Bratz manufacturer refused to pay a $10.2 million legal bill is on the verge of scuttling, a lawyer for O’Melveny told a judge in a hearing Monday.
