Allen Matkins assists on DIRECTV lease
In one of the largest lease transactions in California in the last decade, DIRECTV Inc. signed a 15-year, 630,000 square-foot lease valued at over $400 million in El Segundo.

In one of the largest lease transactions in California in recent years, digital television services provider DIRECTV Inc. signed a 15-year, 630,000-square-foot lease valued at more than $400 million for the company's corporate headquarters in El Segundo. Lawyers from Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP assisted the company on the deal.
