Antitrust complaint against Apple revived by 9th Circuit

A 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel on Thursday revived a lawsuit alleging that Apple Inc. monopolizes the iPhone app market.

In reversing and remanding U.S. District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers of Oakland, the panel concluded that she erred in ruling plaintiffs lacked standing to bring the antitrust complaint.
