Dropped gang conspiracy charges prompt First Amendment lawsuit against San Diego

Two men who were arrested under an obscure gang conspiracy law are now suing the city of San Diego, claiming they were jailed for seven months based on social media posts and one defendant's rap lyrics in violation of their right to free speech.
