ABC Studios facing second "black-ish" infringement lawsuit

A screenwriter claims the show lifts characters and themes from his own work.

A screenwriter claims that the concept behind the television series "black-ish" was lifted from a script he'd submitted as part of an allegedly fraudulent creative writing competition, according to a lawsuit filed against ABC Signature Studios Inc. on Friday.
