'Star Trek' film lawsuit requires jury trial, judge rules

A lawsuit filed against the makers of a "Star Trek" fan film is voyaging toward a jury trial later this month after a federal judge dismissed a motion for summary judgment filed by plaintiffs Paramount Pictures Corp. and CBS Studios Inc.
