Scripps Mesa Retail Center, a 25,721-square-foot shopping center at the junction of Mira Mesa Boulevard and Interstate 15, was sold for $11 million, the commercial real estate firm CBRE Group Inc. reported Tuesday.
The Shah Family Trust, a San Diego-based entity, was the buyer.
The center was sold by Hendricks Commercial Properties, a Wisconsin- based firm.
CBRE retail experts Reg Kobzi, Joel Wilson, and Michael Peterson represented both sides of the transaction.
