I'm sorry, but I thought the California Supreme Court and the California Legislature wanted to ensure that the public had access to competent and honest legal representation. Following up on Dean Erwin Chemerinsky's line of logic, there is always going to be consternation as long as the LSAT, law school curriculum and teaching, the bar review courses, and the bar examination are out of alignment.
