The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals granted en banc review Tuesday of a contentious gun rights case.
The decision sets aside a 2-1 opinion issued in May that found an Alameda County ordinance burdens a group's constitutional right to keep and bear arms. Teixeira v. County of Alameda, 2016 DJDAR 4594.
