The Judicial Council on Friday adopted changes to the California Rules of Court which will alter procedures governing failures to appear, failures to pay bail and fines, and ability-to-pay determinations in infraction cases.

The Judicial Council on Friday adopted changes to the California Rules of Court that will alter procedures governing failures to appear, failures to pay bail and fines, and ability-to-pay determinations in infraction cases.
