Business lobbying group gets new president

The Civil Justice Association of California, a conservative legal organization that fights for changes in tort law and to defend arbitration, has a new president.

SACRAMENTO — The Civil Justice Association of California, a conservative legal organization that fights for changes in tort law and defends arbitration, has a new president.
