California Chief Justice Tani G. Cantil-Sakauye must sit for a deposition in the whistleblower retaliation lawsuit brought by former State Bar Executive Director Joseph L. Dunn, an arbitrator ruled Wednesday.
Edward A. Infante of JAMS denied Cantil-Sakauye's request to limit Dunn to "less-intrusive discovery" in the case regarding his 2014 termination.
