SACRAMENTO — A Sacramento County Superior Court judge has rejected "online pimping" charges against three executives of Backpage.com.
In a ruling issued late Friday, Judge Michael G. Bowman found the charges brought by Attorney General Kamala D. Harris conflict with the federal Communications Decency Act.
