State Bar Computer Troubles Send Spam to Lawyers' E-Mail

SAN FRANCISCO - Maybe the State Bar should go back to manual typewriters. Tuesday, a temporary technical glitch in part of the bar's e-mail system had lawyers around California hopping mad at an innocent Maryland law book publisher and, especially, at the bar.
