Veteran Civil Judge Prepares to Vacate Martinez Bench in March

Martinez civil Judge James Trembath will retire from the Contra Costa County Superior Court in March. Trembath, 63, says he hopes to pick up work as a private mediator after he leaves the bench, although he hasn't made formal plans or talked to anyone about the specifics.
