S.F. Will Pay $21 Million to Settle Lawsuit

SAN FRANCISCO - The city will pay $21 million to settle a lawsuit brought by the family of a 4-year-old girl who was killed when a San Francisco Municipal Railway truck crushed her against the wall of a pizza parlor in 2003.
