Jury Awards Bay Guardian $6.4 Million in Antitrust Case
SAN FRANCISCO - A jury awarded $6.4 million to the San Francisco Bay Guardian Wednesday in the alternative newsweekly's antitrust case against SF Weekly. With a portion of that amount subject to trebling, the verdict is expected to be $15.6 million.
