Women Lawyers Will Honor Retired Justice, a Legal Icon

LOS ANGELES - Retired 2nd District Court of Appeal Justice Vaino Spencer, a longtime legal icon for women and African-Americans and the co-founder of the National Association of Women Judges, will be honored Saturday with an award in her name by the Black Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles.
