Schwarzenegger Appoints Two to State Bench

LOS ANGELES - Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger on Wednesday appointed two Republicans to judgeships in San Bernardino and Santa Clara. Peter H. Kirwan, a partner with Needham, Davis, Kirwan & Young in San Jose, will become a judge of the Santa Clara County Superior Court.
