Civil Rights Lawyer Sues Over Skid Row Activist’s Arrest

Civil rights attorney Carol Sobel filed a federal civil rights lawsuiton behalf of Pete White, co-director of the Los Angeles Community Action Network, who was arrested while trying to photograph what he called a parole sweep at the St. Marks Hotel on Skid Row.
