Marathon Petitions for Rehearing

LOS ANGELES — Los Angeles-based talent management company Marathon Entertainment filed a petition Wednesday with the state Supreme Court, asking the justices to rehear whether the Talent Agencies Act regulates the procuring of employment for an artist.
