In Rare Move, Attorney Runs for Two San Diego County Seats
SAN DIEGO — A local lawyer has filed to run for two judicial seats, a rare political maneuver that is adding some color to the June 3 bench contests. Paul Cooper, legal counsel to San Diego Police Chief William Lansdowne, said Tuesday he is weighing which seat is more winnable.
