Appellate Justice Kathryn Doi Todd retires

Associate Justice Kathryn Doi Todd of the 2nd District Court of Appeal announced her retirement on Tuesday. Appointed to the Los Angeles Municipal Court in 1978, Todd was the first Asian-American woman judge in the nation.
