Officials Arrest Former IRS Agent

LOS ANGELES - Authorities on Wednesday arrested a former Los Angeles Internal Revenue Service agent on charges of concealing and covering up his solicitation of prostitutes and allowing them to steal his unmarked law enforcement vehicle - twice.
