Circuit Allows Suzuki to Sue Magazine for Bad Review
SACRAMENTO - In a blow to free speech protections and consumer interests, a federal appeals court refused Monday to reconsider a decision allowing Suzuki Motors Corp. to sue Consumer Reports magazine for saying the Suzuki Samurai "rolls over too easily."
