Development Contract Claims Are Not Subject to 90-Day Limit

Curtin Jr. - In a case of first impression, an appellate court has held that a claim for breach of a development agreement is subject to the statute of limitations applicable to breach-of-contract claims, except to the extent that the claim challenges a decision made under the Subdivision Map Act.
