Parties Settle 'Allstate' Fee Fight

LOS ANGELES - The Foundation for Taxpayer and Consumer Rights will receive $175,000 for its work on a class action against Allstate, taking a portion of the $3.1 million in legal fees going to the law firms that initiated the action.
