WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court announced Monday that it will decide whether the federal government must release to a Santa Clarita lawyer four photographs taken by U.S. Park Police officers at the scene of the 1993 suicide of Deputy White House Counsel Vincent Foster in suburban Washington, D.C.
